ABOUT THE WORKFLOW
Edit an Image
Upload an image and describe the change you want. Add a frontal face photo and extra reference angles to lock in identity across the edit. The model reads your scene layout, lighting, and references before applying the change and returns an edited image you can preview and save.
Partner node. This workflow calls an external API, so each run uses credits from your API wallet. No API key needed. Floyo handles the connection.
Model
Kling Image 3.0 by Kuaishou. The Kling 3.0 family image model, strong at preserving identity across edits, multi-reference face consistency, and natural relighting.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1. Upload your image
The image you want to edit. This sets the base scene, composition, and lighting.
Works great with: portraits · fashion shots · product photos · editorial images
Step 2. Add a frontal face photo (optional)
A clear, front-facing photo of the person or subject you want to preserve in the edit. Well-lit, unobstructed faces work best.
Step 3. Add reference images (optional)
Extra angles of the same subject. These help the model keep identity consistent when the edit changes clothing, background, or lighting.
Step 4. Write a prompt
Describe what to change. Be specific about what should change and what should stay. Example: "put her in a red dress, outdoor garden, afternoon light."
Step 5. Hit run and download
Kling Image 3.0 applies the edit and returns the result as a preview. Right-click to save.
Ready for: Photoshop · Figma · Canva · any editor
First time? Leave every setting as-is. The defaults (16:9 · 1K · 1 image · PNG) are the right starting point for almost everyone.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS
Quick-start guide. Find the goal that matches yours and copy the settings.
Standard edit (most people) — 16:9 · 1K · 1 image · PNG. The right starting point for almost everyone.
Want options to choose from — Raise the number of images to generate several edited versions and keep the strongest.
Need a specific aspect ratio — Switch aspect ratio to match where the image is going: 1:1 for social, 9:16 for stories, 16:9 for widescreen.
Need higher quality output — Raise resolution above 1K. Higher resolution costs more per run.
Want to preserve a specific face — Add a frontal image with a clear, well-lit face. Add reference images with extra angles for stronger consistency.
The edit is changing too much — Keep the prompt specific about what to change and what to preserve. Kling Image 3.0 works better with targeted instructions than broad ones.
Need a different file type — Switch the output format to match where the image is going.
Prompt: Describe the change and what to keep. "Put her in a red dress, outdoor garden, afternoon light" is clearer than "change the look." When you use reference images, the prompt should focus on the scene and styling changes, not on describing the face.

FAQ
What is Kling Image 3.0 and who makes it?
Kling Image 3.0 is an image generation and editing model made by Kuaishou, the lab behind Kling AI. It is part of the Kling 3.0 family, released in February 2026. It takes an image, a text prompt, and up to nine identity reference elements, and returns an edited image. It is strongest at preserving identity across edits, multi-reference face consistency, and natural relighting.
How does identity preservation work in Kling Image 3.0?
You upload a frontal face photo and optional extra reference angles of the same person. The model reads those references alongside your base image and prompt, then applies the edit while keeping the face and identity consistent. More reference angles give the model more data to match, which improves consistency in the result.
What is the difference between Kling Image 3.0 edit and other AI image editors like Gemini or GPT-4o?
Kling Image 3.0 is built around identity preservation. Where most image editors take one image and a prompt, Kling accepts up to nine separate identity elements, each with a frontal photo and reference angles. This makes it stronger for edits where keeping a specific person's face consistent matters, such as fashion, portrait, and character work. It may regenerate more of the image than some editors that mask and inpaint in place.
Can Kling Image 3.0 edit text in images?
Kling Image 3.0 is optimized for scene-level edits like relighting, outfit changes, and background swaps. It is not specifically designed for adding or editing legible text in images. For text-accurate edits, a model built for text rendering may produce better results.
Does Kling Image 3.0 output have a watermark?
Kling is a closed-weights API model by Kuaishou. Check Kuaishou's current terms for watermark and content-marking policies, as these may vary by region and update over time.
Can I use Kling Image 3.0 edits for commercial projects?
Kling Image 3.0 is a proprietary model by Kuaishou. Commercial use is governed by Kuaishou's terms of service rather than an open license. Review their current terms before using outputs in shipped commercial work, and make sure you have the rights to any image you upload.
How to run Kling Image 3.0 online?
You can run Kling Image 3.0 online through Floyo. No installation, no setup, no API key to wire up. Open the workflow in your browser, upload your inputs, and hit run. Free to try.
WHY FLOYO?
Floyo is the only platform with team collaboration for ComfyUI in the browser. You run workflows with no install. You share run history, assets, and models across your team. You pay only when you generate. Floyo supports open-source and closed-source models.
A designer runs an edit and likes the result. A teammate opens that exact run from shared history and keeps going. No file handoffs. No version confusion.
For studios and enterprise teams, Floyo adds private workspaces, pooled resources, and a team usage dashboard. Other ComfyUI cloud tools run for one person at a time. Floyo runs for the whole team, with transparent per-generation costs.
