ABOUT THE WORKFLOW

Generate a Product Tutorial from Two Photos
Upload a product photo and a presenter photo. Write a prompt describing how the presenter demonstrates the product. Seedance 2.5 generates a landscape video using both photos as visual anchors, with ambient audio included.

Partner node. This workflow calls an external API, so each run uses credits from your API wallet. No API key needed. Floyo handles the connection.

Model

  • Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance. Strong at preserving identity from reference images, natural hand and object interaction, and generating consistent product appearance across shots. Generates synced audio in the same pass.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1. Upload a product photo
The product being demonstrated. A clear, well-lit shot with the product fully visible works best.
Works great with: electronics · skincare · tools · packaging · food products

Step 2. Upload a presenter photo
The person who will demonstrate the product. Face, hands, and clothing carry into the video.

Step 3. Write your prompt
Describe the tutorial scene: what the presenter does with the product, camera angles, and pacing. Example: "The presenter holds the product at eye level, rotates it slowly to show both sides, then demonstrates the main button."

Step 4. Hit run and download
Seedance 2.5 generates the video using both photos as visual anchors. The output includes generated ambient audio.
Ready for: YouTube · product pages · landing pages · any editor

First time? Leave every setting as-is. The defaults (720p · 5s · 16:9 · audio on) are the right starting point for almost everyone.

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS

Quick-start guide. Find the goal that matches yours and copy the settings.

  • Standard product demo (most people) — 720p · 5s · 16:9 · audio on · random seed. The right starting point for almost everyone.

  • Want a longer demonstration — Increase duration. Describe additional actions in the prompt to fill the extra time. Longer clips cost more per run.

  • Want a vertical video for social — Switch the aspect ratio to 9:16. Adjust your prompt to describe tighter, closer framing.

  • Want to reproduce a result you liked — Lock the seed to the number from your previous run. Keep the prompt identical.

  • The product does not look right in the video — Use a clean product photo on a plain background. Describe the product in the prompt with specific details: shape, color, size, and key features.

  • The presenter's hands look distorted — Describe one clear action per shot. Prompts with multiple hand interactions in the same moment produce weaker results. Keep actions sequential.

Prompt: Describe clear physical actions: holding, opening, pressing, rotating, pointing. "The presenter holds the device in one hand and presses the side button with the other" works better than "the presenter shows the product." Keep the focus on one product and one action at a time.

WHAT WORKS BEST / WHAT TO AVOID

✅ Works great

  • Clean product photos on a plain or simple background

  • Presenter photos with the face and hands clearly visible

  • Prompts with one clear physical action per shot (holding, rotating, pressing)

  • Products with distinct shapes, colors, or branding

⚠️ May produce softer results

  • Busy or cluttered product photos

  • Presenter photos where hands are hidden or cropped

  • Prompts with multiple simultaneous hand interactions

  • Very small products that are hard to distinguish at video resolution

FAQ

What is Seedance 2.5 and why is it good for product tutorials?
Seedance 2.5 is a video model by ByteDance. It takes up to 30 reference images and generates video up to 1080p with synced audio. It preserves the appearance of both people and objects from the reference photos, which makes it suited for product tutorials where the presenter and the product need to look consistent throughout the video.

How does the model combine the product photo and the presenter photo?
Both photos are passed as separate reference images. Seedance 2.5 uses them as visual anchors when generating the video. Your prompt tells the model how to combine them: where the product appears, how the presenter interacts with it, and what the scene looks like.

Can the presenter speak in the video?
Seedance 2.5 can generate spoken dialogue with visible lip movement. If you want the presenter to say something, include the dialogue in your prompt. For best clarity, keep spoken lines short and natural. Audio generation is on by default.

What resolution and aspect ratio does this workflow support?
The default is 720p at 16:9 (landscape). You can change the aspect ratio to 9:16 for vertical or 1:1 for square. Resolution options include 720p and 1080p. Landscape 16:9 is the most common format for product tutorials on YouTube and product pages.

Can I add more reference images, like multiple product angles?
Seedance 2.5 supports up to 30 reference images. This workflow uses two inputs (product and presenter), but the underlying node accepts more. If you need additional angles or context images, you can modify the workflow to connect extra image inputs.

Can I use the output commercially?
Seedance 2.5 is a proprietary ByteDance model. Commercial use of the outputs is generally allowed, but review ByteDance's current terms for your specific use case. Make sure you have the rights to any product and presenter photos you upload.

How to run AI product tutorial videos online?
You can run AI product tutorial videos online through Floyo. No installation, no setup, no API key to wire up. Open the workflow in your browser, upload your inputs, and hit run. Free to try.

WHY FLOYO?

Floyo is the only platform with team collaboration for ComfyUI in the browser. You run workflows with no install. You share run history, assets, and models across your team. You pay only when you generate. Floyo supports open-source and closed-source models.

A designer runs an edit and likes the result. A teammate opens that exact run from shared history and keeps going. No file handoffs. No version confusion.

For studios and enterprise teams, Floyo adds private workspaces, pooled resources, and a team usage dashboard. Other ComfyUI cloud tools run for one person at a time. Floyo runs for the whole team, with transparent per-generation costs.
