ComfySketch is a drawing node for ComfyUI that lets you sketch directly in the graph and feed that sketch as a control signal into FLUX.2 Klein 4B, so you get images that follow your lines and layout instead of pure text randomness.
Overview
ComfySketch adds a browser‑based canvas node where you draw rough shapes, silhouettes, or perspective guides; the node outputs an image/latents you can route into a normal Flux‑Klein 4B image‑generation or edit workflow. Klein 4B then interprets your sketch plus prompt as constraints, filling in materials, lighting, and style while respecting composition, pose, and major contours from the sketch.
Advantages with Klein 4B
Layout control: You decide where characters, props, and UI elements go; Klein 4B “paints over” your drawing instead of inventing composition from scratch.
Fast iteration on low VRAM: 4B runs at very low steps (for example 4–6) even on 4–8 GB GPUs, so sketch→render cycles stay interactive.
Unified generation + editing: The same Klein 4B checkpoint can refine over your sketch, re‑render a region, or do follow‑up edits (color, style) without changing models.
Best use cases
Character and prop design where you want exact pose, silhouette, or proportions but let Flux handle detail and style.
UI, logos, and layout‑heavy graphics where you block out panels, buttons, or text areas in the sketch and keep them locked while stylizing.
Environment and perspective work—blocking horizon, vanishing points, and big shapes and then generating detailed scenes that match your composition.
