Write a prompt, pick your duration and aspect ratio, and Kling O3 Pro generates a video. No image upload needed. The prompt drives everything — action, scene, framing, and mood.
O3 Pro is Kling's higher-quality tier. Same controls as standard, better output on complex scenes and motion.
How do you use Kling O3 Pro text to video?
Write a prompt describing what you want to see, set your duration and aspect ratio, and Kling O3 Pro generates the clip. Shot type, audio generation, voice IDs, and multi-prompt sequencing are all optional — most runs only need the prompt and duration.
Prompt Describe the scene, action, and camera behavior. The more specific, the better. "A woman in a red coat walks through a foggy street at night, camera slowly pushing in" gives the model something concrete to follow. Mood words alone ("cinematic," "beautiful") are hard to pin down — pair them with specific action.
Duration 5 seconds by default. Adjust based on how much action you need. Shorter clips are faster and easier for the model to keep consistent.
Aspect ratio 16:9 by default. Switch to 9:16 for vertical/mobile output, 1:1 for square. Pick this before you write your prompt — framing affects how you describe the shot.
Shot type "Customize" by default, letting your prompt steer the camera. Switch to a specific option (close-up, wide shot, etc.) if you want the framing locked in regardless of how the prompt reads.
Generate audio Off by default. Turn it on to generate audio alongside the video. If you're adding music or sound in post, leave it off.
Voice IDs Only relevant when generate_audio is on. Leave blank to let the model decide, or pass in a voice ID to use a specific voice for any speech in the scene.
Multi-prompt Optional. Pass in a sequence of prompts to guide different sections of the video. Useful for longer clips where the action or scene changes partway through. Leave blank for single-prompt generation.
What is Kling O3 Pro text to video good for?
Kling O3 Pro text-to-video is for scenes where you have a clear visual idea but no source image to work from. You're generating from scratch — the prompt is your only input. Pro tier handles complex motion, detailed scenes, and longer clips better than standard.
Good scenarios: concept visualization where no reference image exists yet. Scenes with multiple elements, specific camera moves, or character action that needs to be described rather than shown. Content where you want audio generated in the same run.
If you have a reference image you want to animate, use an image-to-video workflow instead. Text-to-video gives the model more creative latitude, which is a strength when you want variation and a drawback when you need a specific look locked in.
FAQ
What's the difference between Kling O3 Pro and Kling O3 standard? Pro produces higher-quality output, particularly on complex scenes, detailed motion, and longer durations. Standard is faster and cheaper for simpler clips. Use Pro when the output quality matters and you can afford the longer run time.
How specific should my prompt be for Kling O3 Pro? As specific as possible about action and camera. Name the subject, describe what they're doing, and include the camera move if you have one in mind. The model follows action instructions closely. Abstract style language is harder to control.
Can Kling O3 Pro generate audio in the same run? Yes. Toggle generate_audio on and the model generates audio alongside the video. You can also pass a voice ID if the scene involves speech. Leave it off if you're handling audio separately.
What does multi-prompt do in Kling O3 Pro? It lets you pass a sequence of prompts to guide different parts of the video. Useful when the scene changes mid-clip and a single prompt can't describe the full arc. Leave it blank for straightforward single-scene generation.
How do you run Kling O3 Pro text to video online? You can run it online through Floyo. No installation, no setup. Open the workflow in your browser, write your prompt, and hit run.
