Helpful Tips

Masking
Be generous with your masks. The mask area is blurred to help the model blend with surrounding context, so a mask that's too tight can cause the edges of the inpainted area to look blurry or unnatural.

Prompting
Flux Kontext uses instructional prompts, not descriptive ones. Instead of describing the whole scene (e.g., "sad man with short gray hair"), focus only on what you want to change (e.g., "make the man look sad").
