How this workflow works

This workflow creates a complete AI influencer advertisement video using only a model photo and a product image.
It runs in two stages: first generating a realistic promotional photo, then animating it into a talking video.

Recommended input size: Upload both the model and product images in vertical 9:16 (1080×1920) for correct framing and best quality results.

Step 1 — Generate the promotional image

Upload a model image.
Upload a product image.
Write the prompt (you can follow the prompt reference included in the workflow).

The workflow places the product naturally into the scene and creates a realistic ad photo where the influencer is holding or presenting it.

You can regenerate multiple times until you like the pose, framing, and placement.
When satisfied, save the generated image. This image will be used for the video step.

Step 2 — Turn the image into a talking video

Enable Step 2 after selecting your final image.

Upload the generated image into the final image input.
Write the prompt with the dialogue you want the influencer to say (you can follow the included prompt reference).

The workflow animates the character with subtle motion, natural expressions, and lip-sync speech, producing a short vertical video suitable for reels, shorts, or ads.
